The next morning, you set out for Riak Park - seriously, there are a lot of places named for
Jordan Riak in your town even though he never lived in Luna Vista - and meet with Moira. You stipulate that she comes to the mall south entrance without any phones or smart devices, as they're trackable, and wait for you to lure Jeffrey Reese Jr. into the mall and wait at least a minute before attempting to enter herself.
She agrees that this is a good plan, and you proceed toward Wally's Waffles on Eureka Street, not far from Luna Vista Bowl. For some reason, that is a popular hangout for the scum of Luna Vista. Sure enough, you see the white van with swastika seat covers that was following you yesterday, parked in front.
You leave a note on his windshield that reads "Let's finish this. Mall, 2:00. You know who."
Aryans are a pretty stupid bunch as a general rule, but you get the idea even he'll figure out who the message is from.
You start toward the abandoned Luna Vista Mall.
